WHO WE ARE

Birdcage Salon & Spa was built starting from a dream. Michelle has been in the cosmetology field since 2005 and had a goal of one day opening her own salon. In the summer of 2022, a close friend since childhood, Gina Fontanella, became an esthetician and spoke to Michelle about creating a salon and spa together like they talked about in their younger years. In February 2023, their friend and Michelle's sister-in-law, Brooke Sandlin, brought to their attention that the salon she was working at as a nail technician was becoming available for new ownership and expressed wanting to be a part of creating a new work home there. It all came into a full circle of realizing dreams with friends and family. While Michelle is the owner, all three ladies rolled up their sleeves to help beautify their individual rooms and the building overall. Together they have built a peaceful, welcoming space to cater to all of your beauty and self care needs. At Birdcage Salon & Spa everyone has the space to be their own boss, make their own schedules and run their business all while working cohesively together.

We offer a wide range of hair services including haircare -haircuts for all, custom curly haircuts, dimensional coloring, treatments & wedding hairstyles; skin care- including facials, microdermabrasion, body waxing and lash extensions; nail care- including full set acrylics, manicures, pedicures and nail art.
